At mailsd.in, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 2 days of receiving your order.

The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

 with your order ID and reason for return.

Once approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at your own cost (unless the item is defective or wrong).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited within 7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Items on clearance or sale (if mentioned as non-returnable)

Used or damaged items not due to our error

Exchange Policy

At present, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or product, please request a return and place a new order.
Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
